SQL Server Database on Google Cloud

1. Go to your SQL Server Instance

First, you need to find the Public IP address of your SQL Server instance. It should look something like this below.

The other information you need to have is:

• Database
• User
• Password
• IP Address

2. Add ChatDB IPs

You may need to add ChatDB IP Addresses to Google Cloud so that ChatDB can connect.

You can do this by:

1. Clicking on Edit
2. Click on Connections Accordion
3. Add ChatDB IP Addresses

2. Connect to your SQL Server Database

This is where you will use the information you gathered above to connect to ChatDB!

Once you connect, you can save your database to the dashboard.

Click on your new data source!
